| Michael Cleary joined The Rubinoff Company in 2005 and was named Vice President in 2006. Mr. Cleary came to The Rubinoff Company with more than 17 years of experience in Asset and Property Management. He oversees all activities related to the management of approximately 4.7 million square feet which includes office, industrial, flex space and more than 2000 residential units, in The Rubinoff Company’s portfolio.
Mr. Cleary has managed real estate assets across the country, with an aggregate value of more than $400 million dollars, for various partnerships, individual owners and institutional clients.
Mr. Cleary holds both the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is currently President-Elect for the Western Pennsylvania Chapter. Mr. Cleary is a Board Member of the Builders Owners and Managers Association. Mr. Cleary attended Penn State University where he majored in Mechanical Engineering.
