Mr. Watson’s background in accounting, management and business prepared him well for his position at The Rubinoff Company where he currently oversees the company’s Leasing, Marketing and Management departments.

After working in public accounting for five years, Mr. Watson started his own business in local concert promotions. His company 33 1/3 Productions was responsible for the revitalization of Pittsburgh’s Jazz music market.

Mr. Watson’s current responsibilities include negotiating with new and existing tenants for The Rubinoff Company properties. Under his direction, the company’s commercial portfolio grew from 200,000 square feet to over 2,700,000 square feet with 95-100 percent occupancy.

Mr. Watson currently holds a position on the Public Affairs Committee of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Parks), Western Pennsylvania Chapter. He also served as Board Member at St. Francis Medical Center and is an Elder Member of Session at Cross Roads Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Watson and his wife Sue and their three children live in Wexford, Pennsylvania. He studied Accounting and Business at Duquesne University and the University of Pittsburgh.
