Joe joined The Rubinoff Company in 2008 bringing with him over 20 years experience in the construction industry, managing both commercial and residential construction projects on behalf of major Pittsburgh corporations and developers.  Joe is proficient with each phase of the construction process and relies on his organizational and coordination skills to maximize efficiency and cost control.  Joe has a proven track record for completing diverse projects on time and within budget.

In addition to his construction management experience Joe has received specific job-site safety training through OSHA which will bring to the Rubinoff Company’s various construction projects a focus on safety which will be beneficial to tenants and contractors.
